SMC Synergy today signed a partnership agreement with UAV Technologies, a SACAA registered Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) service provider. This partnership will expand SMC Synergy's services to include UAV data capturing which will include LiDAR. UAV Technologies specialise in:

•  Preventative maintenance via aerial inspection
•  Aerial video with live HD transmission
•  Day or night surveillance
•  Thermal imaging
•  LiDAR mapping

UAV Technologies will now include Blue Marble's GIS software and point cloud processing software Global Mapper® and the LiDAR Module® to its portfolio of surveying solutions.
